Finally a relevant discussion for female sexual dysfunction, that does not imply depression and mental illness as the cause!! this is an excellent text. the surgical management is well documented. it is also nice to have the other treatments such as the o-shot documented in the same book. Dr. Runel's explanation of the o-shot procedure should spark interest in this simple but elegant technique. I would highly recommend this book to anyone doing female genital cosmetics.
