The best book ever about physical diagnosis in the 21th centuryMany medical students are enthusiastic to learn the skill of physical diagnosis. To their disappointment, however, they find that in the "real world", physical diagnosis is by large ignored, if not abandoned, by many senior clinicians. In nowadays, most patients receive diagnosis from laboratory and radiological tests rather than bedside interviews.
