Customer Reviews from Amazon:
the EM book
It covers all the issues concerning EM. The "summa" of emergency. Obviously a book to consult (a little bit hard to study sistematically) Fantastic the parts concerning tox. and envir. medicine.... only in the Goldfrank and Wild. MEd. you can find these items treated so in depth. To have at least one edts. in your library. The price is ok, considering the carature of the masterpiece.
A masterpiece in Emergency Medicine
Here as before, the authors have brought Emergency Medicine to a new height. This book, like the last two editions, revamps the subject in a form that is readable, and to the point without the superfluous "fluff" seen in other books. It comes in two volumes (instead of the three like prior editions). On-line access is a definite plus when I am at work and can't haul around a big fat textbook. I can search for things on my computer. I totally recommend it. It is one of my 'must haves' in my armamentarium of EM.
