GREAT RESOURCE
This book is a great resource for any pharmacy student seeking post-graduate training!!!
It's compiled by residency program directors, pharmacy administrators, and academicians from established institutions across the country. There are also insights from current residents and pharmacy students navigating the search for residency. Reading through this book was like having my mentor right with me.
It helped remove some of the anxiety of the process and I knew what to expect at each stage. This book was a great guide on navigating professional meetings like Midyear and how to successfully network with residency programs. It includes sample CV's that I used to model the structure of my CV when submitting it for application.
This book doesn't just cover clinical residencies. It also describes other choices for post-graduate training such as fellowship, management, and community residencies. It also discusses options for specialty training and other options after residency that I know will be helpful as I start thinking about PGY2.
I would recommend this book as a resource for any student or new graduate who feels lost in the residency search process!!!

excellent resource
Excellent resource with good examples and insight from experienced professionals. It will be really helpful as I start looking at residency programs and preparing for that process (will be helpful if I consider PGY2 as well). We did not have a textbook when I took my residency prep elective, but this would be a great book for that too!
