This book is probably the best text I've come across for learning neurosurgically relevant anatomy. Dr. Rhoton's primary research articles are also good resources for learning neuroanatomy, however it is nice to finally have a comprehensive compilation of much of his and his research fellow's anatomical work in one text. RIP Dr. Rhoton.

I use the Kindle Desktop App and the images cannot be zoomed in clearly. Distinctive anatomically features are not at all visible, making this kindle book useless if used with the desktop app. However, this is a software problem with Kindle Desktop. The book is otherwise an excellent resource! I ended up borrowing a hard copy from my library and was very impressed.
