Good book for respiratory therapy

Has a lot of good information and gets to the point. A great reference for a respiratory therapy program.

clinical assessment in respiratory care
This book is very well organized with many tables summarizing important concepts that therapists or nurses should pay attention to. I would really like to have a CD-Rom with video clips show and presentation of assessments and some of the adventisious breath sounds that are presented in the book as a visual aid.
